I will definitely take it easy. REAL EASY. What dangers? I read about the loose gravel and the 15 mph hairpin turns. Anything else to add?

I just heard that some turns start off into a straight dive down and curve sharply

Thanks for that link.

There are a bunch of roads that need to be listed but I see Hamilton Pool Rd is on there.

I wanna put together a day ride out there in the summer to ride the hill country and take a nice deep in some natural springs...

There is a long time till then but just putting it out there. I still have to work out the entrance fee for bikes.

I know it would be a really goodtime though.

Yeah man, I had a freaking BLAST out there. Just make sure you get together a smart group and have a good leader and sweeper. It's easy for riders to get in over their heads out there and that can be dangerous to him/her and other riders

go on out 1431 a couple of miles passed the Lago Vista turnoff to CR 328 which is Cow Creek Road - great twisty road with little or no traffic.

We were there two Sunday mornings ago and had the entire stretch of road to the two of us on bikes.

And if you are going out to do the Sisters WATCH OUT FOR DEER EVERYWHERE AT ALL TIMES DURING THE DAY.

Hunt store parking lot.

You're about a mile from my house there! You people need to hit me up when you come this way - BBQ, beer, lodging!
