I definitely want to go. Heard about this place a few times now. Did you folks trailer up and ride or did you ride the whole way there and back?

I went last year. 337 is the S#$T! Started slow, but about the 6th or 7th time in a row... I found my groove and was kickin around the turns. Didnt care to much for the other two. Which one had the cattle guards? That one sucked! (336)? Im ready to go back.

I would definitely rest up before heading out. I live about an hour away and even then... I gotta rest up for a bit at the store in Leakey. It's a good 100 miles through the twisted sisters alone.

Ride or trailer; different experiences with both. You tend to be a little more "responsible" when you know you have to ride all the way back to Houston...

You have to ride at least once tho; the trip to and from is half the fun. We're headed back in a couple weeks to beat the summer heat.

Trailer up dude lol. It's way too far to ride from Houston. It's roughly 4 hours from Sugar Land.

Yup - there are 1 or two who might make it a shorter trip that live close by, but some of us are starting from Houston Friday.

If everything works out, I will be in Austin the weekend of 4/15 and the following weekend on bike...going to give Lime Creek a 2nd hit now that I am more experienced. You are welcome to meet me there I'll be in Austin regardless those 2 weekends but I am not sure if I will be on bike, pending weather

Last year was my first time on the sisters. I must say, I was humbled. It is so beautiful out there that I truly felt blessed to be able to ride those roads. Whether you are railing or just cruising you will enjoy it and never forget it.

Looking forward to Pyrogenic's trip in a few weeks.
