Busa Build

ok heres the deal. a buddy of mine has a busa. well all the parts of a busa. Yes wondering about building it from the ground up. Its his first time around bikes so itll be a project. No tools, no experience, but great guy. Anyone think it can be done?

I'd say its over his head.

I'm a pro bike builder & Ive done more than my share of busa builds. Putting a busa together from parts is no easy task. I've got one waiting for me at the shop in similiar condition & I've been dreading it. It can often be more expensive than just buying something wrecked simply because all those little pieces that you end up needing just keep adding up to $$$.

yeah was figuring the little plastic/rubber pieces that are only for that bike would add up. Itll be a challenge

I believe on hayabusa.org you don't even have to post 10 times to get your hands on the manual.. I have it some where, but I'd have to find it.. Not a quick easy task.. but , everyone should have a hoby or something to totally and utterly waste time on....

But, he is a great guy Thats cool and all but I agree he is most likely over hios head, would U ride a bike that someone with no experience and no tools put together? not me boy especially a busa
