shoulder is getting alot better, i can actually move my arm around now. the day it happened i went to get a x-ray, didnt show anything then i got an mri and then they told me to see an orthopedic. after all that they told my there was some seperation in the ac joint and some internal bruising, just needs to heel for about 6-8 weeks and i'll always have a knot on my shoulder

always have a knot? that doesn't sound right. it might take some time for the knot to go down, but unless you broke something and it is out of line.(which isn't the case from what you were told) you should heal up eventually with no evidence of it happening.
