one word. . .GNARLY! FWIW, I think your gear was appropriate for the situation, you looked pretty well protected from head to toe. That's a freak accident! At least you'll always have the video to go with the scar on your face. Did you pull it out yourself or head straight to the hospital? Got any after pics? Thanks for sharing.

+1 on freak accident...even with a full face that could of penetrated thru the bottom of the mouth or neck...either way that made me weak just lookin at it...I hope they didnt pull it out though...suppose to stabalize it and get medical attention although I dont think there is a major artery in your cheek

I would of been freakin out though....

still nothing else to say...

ok...should have left the camera rolling for its removal.

READING COMMENTS ON YOUTUBE PAGE: it took 3 hours to get to the ER after it happen (for 3 hours i had a branch hanging out of my face), they rush me straight into surgery and removed it and gave me 24 stitches. plus a broken hand!
