Good question!

In my cars, if the coast is clear, I'll almost always come hot out of a U-Turn, especially the on-camber ones.

Its different on a bike though, there us often a lot of debris and oil buildup in these lanes, and the off-camber ones are a bit dicey.

its not a typical intersection it is two high traffic roads that meet at the same intersection so the way it is setup is kinda tricky. that and 18wheelers dont stop on a dime so sometimes they have to run a light. whatever the case may be, becareful out there.

That particular area and especially that uturn have a very greasy/slippery road surface. Not at all surprised someone went down there but to get run over by an 18 wheeler...terrible
