Everyone knows that MSF teaches you to pop a wheelie over dogs and small animals.

Glad you're okay though, doubt the owners are gonna do anything.
I didnt see it come into the street yet so I figured if I gave it some gas I would pass it.

Gas and wheelie over them is my choice if I can. I have a dog, and have zero respect for people that let theirs run loose. I have a pellet gun in the garage for those mutts that want to dig in my trash.

Im in the process of getting with the Animal Control Supervisors to see if there is any paper trail, like a rabies certificate or city license on the dog.

I had a similar situation, I used to go through a side street to get to work and a chihuaha would always make a run at passing cars. Well one day he made a run at a truck that was right in front me. Needless to say the truck hit the chihuaha, it barrel rolled underneath the truck and came right at me, I swerved a bit and grazed its head with my front tire. This all happened while the kids were out front waiting for the school bus.

lol.. it was an accident, i doubt the guy that owns the dog said.. " listen scruffy, go out and make the next guy on a bike you see fall down" at least he wasn't hurt. if they guy says it's not his dog, just say ok, then take pictures of the guy with the dog. if you already told people this happens all the time, that means you KNEW the dog was always out of the house, or his yard, and did this alot and you never went and talked to the owner. that kinda actually takes some of the pressure off the guy that owns it, shoulda called animal control the first time it chased you.
