Good Ole' Push Start!

Had a few laughs today trying to get my bike running...

Mission accomplished thanks to Rykosen.

Bike started to freak out and died on me half way through the ride... Thats what I get for getting a European Bike.

Thanks to TiemannR6 for bringing your truck out and hauling me off!

Did some research with Tiemann and started going to work test voltage on the battery, regulator, and stator. Turned the bike over the Regulator practiaclly blew up. haha. Seems to be a very common problem with these bikes. Ordering my new regulator tomorrow!

Don't the Daytona regulators interchange with the '06/'07 GSXR 600/750, which is identical to the '07/'08 GSXR1000?

Dont get me wrong, I love the bike. Its just my luck that I would already have an Issue with it.

People seem to be having really good luck with a regulator from this company... and its only 150bucks. As opposed to 229.99 from BritishUSA

There were so many people behind me that can vouch I didnt mess it up... Plus its a well know fact that triumphs are notorious for R/R problems...

I didn't get a bad deal... I did buy it knowing there could be a regulator problem. I just hoped it was a dead battery. And the price was adjusted accordingly.

Ordered the new R/R today. Its an upgrade from the Stock OEM, so I should be fine.
