Was it a group of 4-5 bikes? If not there is another one that just happened a little bit ago.

It's that time of year again. Those of us that have been in this game for a while see it time and time again. People really should take it to the track, it's a lot more fun and a whole lot safer. Here's to hoping he didn't leave too many behind. Godspeed to the fallen.

It looked like a group of MV's pulled over at the scene approximately 5 bikes. One bike was green and black and did not look like an MV next to where the guy was and they had it upright.

I passed the scene just after the emergency crews arrived.

Whereabouts on 149?

Just rode 149 for a stretch yesterday from Conroe down to 249.

Construction going on, new gravel-type asphalt laid down in a few spots, and those grooves cut into a few of the corners.

RIP to the fallen, ya'll be safe out there!

The first wreck this morning that I passed was a red and white bike this was around 12:30 I am not sure if this wreck was fatal. This wreck occured at the first 30-35mph posted in yellow left hander. About Two miles outside of montgomery on 149 at the first significant corner on the road when turning off 105.

The Second wreck I passed around 3pm this afternoon was about 6 miles from montgomery on 149 in a slight left hand turn when riding towards Richards. This was the group of approximately 5 bikes and was fatal.
