My point is that what you read from Gardner about both Stoner and Rossi is pretty jaundiced imo. And as Tom said he is Honda through and through, funny how winter testing and ONE race makes the the big H the best bike on the grid when the Yamaha has dominated the last two years.
I have to agree to disagree, his previous articles in the past years have been very critical to Stoner but hey all it matters is that we have racing back.....

And that Dingo is kicking some bootey

Critical is one thing, support is another. You can do both

This is race one, and everyone knew coming in to this race that Honda was going to do well as long as the riders kept them rubber down.

A comment I haven't though about till i read it

"Valentino and Ducati.Good ride by him,but that start ! That start told me a lot.
Premeditated charge straight as a die for inside corner entry,(given inside grid slot),late brake, duff them all up. Fortunately,no consequences.
Years ago Valentino was quite happy to enter turn 1 way back and pick his opponents off as he pleased and entertain the crowd.
Clearly, for whatever reason, those days are a luxury he can no longer afford."

I was impressed with Rossi's on that move. Ice cold tires on a poorly developed front end that seems to quit at random... it, throw it in there , see what happens.

That made me remember that while I might have written off the Duc in 2011, The Doctor is ready for a podium.

Just looked like a racer seeing a gap and taking it to me
