I text and ride occasionally, but it's not as easy on my touch screen as it was on my crackberry. I could easily snap and send pics while riding with the berry. On my touch screen only certain fingers work on it through the gloves. Speech to text doesn't work so well when moving either. I haven't tried speech to text using my Scala yet.
