I changed the the wire harness/ comp, thorrtle cables, all the switches on the tree. I don't have the gauges (speedo) or the exhuast motor deal. It wont start!! Do I need those parts or do I have to lookin the safety switches? I bought the gas tank with fuel pump. I need help??

kickin rocks

At first it turned over, but now its not doing anything. I can turn it over from the silnoid but it doesn't start. I checked the voltage on the kill switch and start button and they both work. Could it the start up relay?
