I have a 2007 Yukon and want to install a in-dash DVD/Nav in it.. I know how to install them but dont know how to make it work with the steering wheel controls.. the Yukon is new and I dont want to half azz it.. so anyone here know someone that works on them, may be a friend at bestbuy, mobile one, ext.. that can hook me up and not charge a arm and a leg..(you know, side job after work)

Dane, they don't have one for my TL. I have the Kenwood 911 DVD and it sucks not having those control in workable condition.

if they have 1 for a HONDA, a TL is essentially a honda. it even says Acura

certain radios only though.

T"he SWI-ALP not only covers Ford, GM or Chrysler/Dodge but also it covers Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chysler, GMC, Honda, Hummer, Infiniti, Isuzu, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercury, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Saab, Toyota and Volkswagan. Oh, did we also say it covers Harley Davidson motorcycles?"

as long as the CD player you want to install uses a remote control it can be made to work... even if it doesn't you can hard wire.

If you get a Pioneer Avic Z1, you can have the controls with a PAC converter. You also need the on-star kit as well.

Go to www.avic411.com and look for some info there on the 07 models. People have already done it.

I love my Z1.
