TRH Family Race Series 2nd Round Sam Hou Natl Frst Apr 3

The 2nd Round of the TRH Family Race Series is April 3rd in the Sam Houston National Forest

Flyer is located here: http://www.trh-cycle.org/flyers/fs2011r2.pdf

Good times for everyone. Come on out and give it a try.

Bring a camel back and if you have not ridden an enduro before, ride on a row with someone who can show you the ropes. Its a fun deal. Work, or ride but come out.

I searched the site but didnt find any criteria on the different classes, is there any way to look at this to decide which class would be best for my bike?

They really run the classes more for age, gender, and riding ability than bike. The classes are: women, youth 0-9, youth 10-12, junior 13-16, beginners, Open Class C, Open Class B, Open Class A, Cranky Ol Men 0-45, Crankier Ol Men 45+

Class A is usually the fastest guys n gals, Class B is usually intermediate, Class C is usually Novice, and Beginners is beginners. Cranky Ol Men classes can be slower or fast folks, just depends. If you tell folks what other series you have raced in and your riding ability they usually can help you get the right class.

The Forest is a nice place to run an enduro this time of year. Be sure and come out and work, ride, and or just hang out.

Dirt is a nice compliment to street riding. It can help your street riding skills and is just down right fun. If you want to come out and help us work the event, you can contact the events chairman on the flyer at the bottom and you can come out help work the event and talk bikes and see what its all about. We all volunteer to help put on these events if we arent riding them. Its not all that much work, and you could ride out on your street bike if you wanted. Just bring a sandwich and some water. This is up right off of FM1375 and I45 just south of Huntsville.
