Problem with 07 CBR1000RR

My cousin just got his spark plugs and new battery for his bike. It has a hard time to start for some reason. His bike did this before and Stub said to change out your spark plugs and we did. Still no one time start. You have to keep on holding his start button and still no luck. Told his bike did start but took forever! And when he was riding around it just died when rolling. What could be the problem?

Mods: PC and exhaust

Thanks in advance Moto Houston!

How many miles on the bike?
How old is the fuel in the tank?
What condition is his air filter in?
Didnit just start haiving the issue?
If all else fails, take the PC out of the circuit and see if that helps.

25, Miles
Fuel is about 3-4 days old.
Just changed the air filter when we did the spark plugs.
My cousin told me after he took out his stuffing in his exhaust started this he said.
Is there anyway we can use the PC and make it back to stock?

Thank you Patrick!!!!! Where is your shop? I would like to take the bike there and see whats wrong with it. Thank you again Patrick!

When this happened to you, what did you do or what was wrong with it?

You can install the factory "optimized" map on the PC3 but if there is a problem with the PC3 then you won't know... Its not that hard to disconnect the PC3 just unplug the 4 sets of connectors off the injectors and the 1 set off the sensor if i recall... and then see if it starts up... if its just having a hard time starting I doubt its because of the PC3... I dont think the PC3 alters the mixture enough to really affect a startup... and unpacking the exhaust shouldn't affect startup either... you have some other issue going on...

Thank you but do you have any clue whats going on? The bike was running 4 days ago. 4 days ago still had a hard time to start but it still starts you know? And now today when we went around the block, it just died by my house. Didn't want to start again for some reason. Thank you for your input.

Huh????

Well good new everyone! The bike starts up fine now. I went on Youtube and 0 the PC3 and the idle was very low and I adjust it to 1500-1600 rpm when cold. Took it for a spin today and everything is good now. Thanks everyone!
