I used to have Oscars when I was younger, and they got so big that fish food wasn't enough for them anymore, we had to buy live fish for them to eat. I'm just totally excited cuz I was told I couldn't ever have fish since I killed my 4 neon tetras 3 years ago.

They seem lonely in your tank. Should buy few other community fish to go with the 2.

Na just kidding.

I had some big oscars when younger in a ocianic 75 gallon tank. I had a red and a tiger, they actually would lay eggs and hatch. But wouldn't live long cause they would eat them, or the airjuana that I had and the lung fish would eat them. Those were some cool fish, but for color and really cool things you have to get a wet/dry salt water tank, very expense to keep but the fish and stuff that you buy are well worth it. I also had a lion fish, eel and tons of salt water fish when i had my fresh water tank.

Well good luck, with the new fish.

J
we were thinking of getting a 55 gallon tank with some Oscars and sucky cat fish, and some other fish that are just pretty to make the aquarium look good. We will see if I even get to that point.
