Well, the douchy part was meant for another dealership(s) that the name escaped me, but I see how it could have been taken that way... my mistake...just repeated what someone told me

It would have been $100 by the time you got out the door. In my experience they like bait and switch on the pricing.

What does this mean? Does this mean we can't speak up about past dealings with your store in a negative light because you're a sponsor? I'm not going to bash Stubbs but the consumer has a right to know about all forms of experiences, both good and bad. I'd definitely share my experiences with Stubbs with my friends. I have had both good and bad expereinces with your store.

Are you with Stubbs on telephone rd? I've bad really bad experiences with both the sales and service departments there, granted it's been about 5-7 years since I went in there. I had a chain mounted and the clip came off on 610 about an hour later leaving me stranded. I also had some service done there and had my oil changed. I rode straight home and parked it and when I came out in the morning there was a pool of oil under my bike because the drain plug had backed it's way out. This was in 2002, though and I'll bet it's changed for the better since then. I'll never know, though because I won't go back.

I haven't been back since 2005 myself. I hope they have changed for the better because I spent a lot of money there over the years but 2005 was my breaking point. I liked some of the folks there.

yeah think he was there then.

my chain spit off the sprocket and shout out into the #3 lane on 610 at about 4:00 in the afternoon. I was stranded in the middle against the retaining wall but I still ran out and got that chain!

I had to call a specialty tow service to come pick my sorry up. Stubbs said, "tough."

i asked him if he tuned it. he said "it's plug n play"
he forgot to plug my fan back in. it overheated
re-installed 25k coolant...
i could go on
