if i get the wife on the road practicing and comfortable then she might be cool with going out to rr, it would be afternoonish though.

more than likely we'll just end up doing our own thing for her to practice though..

Twin Peaks is just south of Nasa and just north of the Nasa bypass on the Northbound side. Same large parking lot as the movie theatre.

so who comes up with all these names? racer road, pp? twin peaks? just some of the names you guys have, are these all like before motohouston, or just people naming random parts of houston.
and if navasota had 6 votes, and you have not heard from 3 of them, that makes it at three votes, and if galveston had 7 and you have not HEARD from 7 , that makes it 0 votes, just sayin.

His numbers are correct.

The names of these places (other than Twin Peaks), I think, pretty much evolved. I seriously doubt one person one day said, "And this road shall be known as Racer's Road from this moment on!" But to answer your question... I don't really know.

If we do RR, can we do a sort of Round-Robin type thing. I've never been and would like to sort of inspect it first. And if you could point out the turn that most people seem to wreck, that would be nice.

...coming from Webster.

Did my first run of it yesterday and I felt that left hander that tightens up pretty quickly. Caught me off guard at first, but its nothing that you can't figure out even on a decent pace on your first time through. Other than that, most corners are sweeping steady turns, just avoid the paint and reflectors (and trucks) and you're good to go.

Be ready to kill about 10,000,000 bugs each run as well.
