Didn't you just work for a trackday? You working again to have another one? You saving up for next season?

What is the dead line to sign up at TWS (Texas World Speedway)? This will be my first track day, but I have been told I should ride in the B group. Can I ride with any group / level?

Jester, if this is your first trackday, you should ride group 1 (beginners).
If you are fast enough, they'll bump you up.

Sign up ASAP.
Weekend trackdays fill up fast as well.

Eric, it's $135.

They will bump me up the same day? I know many people I have rode with 149/3090 that have rode track days, and I ride their pace. I just don't wan't to be kicked out for passing.......

Track ride is quite different from street ride.
I would think people you rode with probably rode slower than they would on the track.
That's what it normally happens after some trackdays.
They start riding slower on the street than they did before.

i was surprised when i saw carbonR1 at the back of pack on street.i was like WTF, he is a fast guy!
and then i started noticing that suddenly, i wasnt able to keep up with guyz that i used to smoke earlier... on the street i mean. i just wasnt willing to put a knee down on the street. too many unknowns, too much risk
