There is two bills one for and for against. This one is for against the bill. A.m.a found a three sponsors for the bill. It says to me in black and white that it prohibits them from funding such law.
in my dictionary that means forbid them of such funding so they cannot send our tax paying money to states to use mocs.
therefore I'm for h.r 904 the prohibit law for funding such roadblocks. Apparently people think they know how to read a bill, but they don't. I don't think the a.m.a would send this out for being for it. They would send this out to b against the funding of it hence the prohibit part of it.

The link you posted clearly states the AMA supports the bill and to write you congressman with your support, of the bill AGAINST funding for state sponsored MOC.

Your first post and many others after state that you need to stop this bill and send a letter...

We need to stop the bill for state approved mocs. This bill that I have presented this forum is to stop the other bill.

I know I havent been here long and maybe just dont understand some jokes/bs posted on here but the OP is confusing lol

All reading comprehension aside, I'm with the people for this. A little wasted time would end up leading to lower insurance rates, less stolen parts and rides, less "bad" drivers out there that are ultimately giving everyone else a bad name.

U think. No it makes our taxes go up due to having to pay more police officers to sit @ when there is true crimes being committed. Also u wouldn't give u breaks in anything. Sorry to say just say the road was safer doesn't mean so. Still u would have ppl doing wheelies down highways. Or running us of the road. The only I agree with on PO PO 5.0 is bike theft. It could help there. But not likley. There's ways @ a Vin number. M endorsement yes and no. Insurance deal maybe a lil there but I think it also should b for cages too..
If it does pass I would like to see it with cages also. Lot of money there besides the motorcycling community. There was a motorcyclist killed last weekend in Galveston due to 17 year old kid was driving drunk and texting on his cell.
It isn't fair that we might have to go to roadblocks and cages don't. If h can't make it fair then don't make it at all. Cages down to a vespa scooter.

So you're tell us that when they block the road ENTIRE road, they are going to wave all vehicles through excpet motorcycles?

What is the logical basis of this?
Can you even comprehend what you read?
Can you comprehend what you type?
Taking all the above into account, do you see any flaws in your deduction?

Yes I can read and comprehend. In new York they have already started this. Basically from the reports there they had all bikes exit the highway. Why cars went by. Just like a truck weigh in station. If bikes went by a trooper was sent after them. Then u have more on ur plate like not stoping at a moc evading the police was tacked on for not stoping. Then whatever the moc gets u for.
So it basically got those coming and going. I might b a dumb redneck at times but dam I ain't that dumb. I see as this if they do this I want it for everybody not just us the motorcyclist Everyone. They say it will make highways safer. Proof it by just pulling us out the bunch don't proof safer highways. Basically its telling me its the motorcyclist vault if a person talking and or texting on there cell phone and runs a motorcycle of the road its the motorcycles vault. I say no but I guess Ull see it different.
