Anyone know of shop with a sheet metal press

I need to trim my license plate for a new mount and I was wondering if anyone knew of a local shop that has a sheet metal press to make a really clean cut so the plate doesn't look altered at a glance. Was going to just take an angle grinder to it but I don't trust myself to make a clean cut. Only have one shot at it or I have to get a new license plate. Here's the mount below so I need about a 1/2" off either side.
