oh, man, i forgot about checking into that race. anyway, i'm giving money & trophies & fun away on an eighth mile that is easier on your bike. besides on each day, it's a new day, to have a chance to win - if you don't win or if you do, stay over nite for free (racers only) try again. burnout contest is $250 for winner, there's a bikini contest plus band sat. nite. cold beer & food available. so no matter if you have a harley, hayabusa, ATV, motorized beer cooler, we have a spot for you. at this moment, i'm re-working the harley twin cam & metric street classes. TMDR'S MISSION STATEMENT:

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body but, rather to skid in sideways on your Raider on your last drop of gas – Body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming “WOO HOO, What a Ride!” THAT'S MOTORCYCLE DRAG RACING AT IT'S FINEST!!!

I would agree with Alan about track condition as I was out there when he was running his Corvette, but for a spectator's point of view the place is great. It is ground root racing at its best, cheap concessions and good, and a great bike ride out there if taking back roads.

First of TMDR OR TEXAS MOTORCYCLE DRAG RACING IS THE "HOME OF ALL-BIKES". We are not nor ever was just Harleys...Navasaota, TX is not Temple, TX. TMDR has a heads-up class for any type of bike made plus motorized beer coolers. We have bracket racing plus funnybikes and pro metric racing ...that's without racing metric against a harley. I will not allow Harley vs. metric unless you request it. I was out to track last week, looks great, no it's not a high dollar brand new track but this track reminds me of when & why drag racing & having fun was all about. You know, the grass roots. Each day we have a complete runoff of street/sport bikes with money & trophies. TMDR still has NO REGISTRATION FEES, NO REQUIREMENT FOR PILOTS LICENCE, NO POLITICS. Just pay your gate price & tech card money. you could win KING OF THE CASH WHICH COULD REACH $1000. With that in mind, how bad did ya say this trac was? Oh, we have free camping sat nite with a live band 6-10pm with a bikini contest.$200 (now this could get ugly -a couple guys are wearing wigs) burnout contest is Sunday at 3pm for $250.
