Official "What did he do wrong thread" v 2011

Ok, so since the new riding season is upon us... the crash videos will start to pile up.

I figure this would be a great opportunity to post the videos and then dissect why it happened.

1. Why you should wear knee protection

2. CBR rider lowside

3. R1 rider lowside.

For the third it looked like he leaned too much and levered off a hard part. First two the front wheel turned in right before they went down, maybe loss of traction?

Edit: looked at the first one again. Countersteering what?

the second one was maybe due to loss of traction because of the yellow lines

i had to break kinda hard once and had to ride the line to avoid an accident and i noticed that i loss a little bit of traction even at low speeds

Looked at the third again. Hard parts touch down after he is falling, so that rules that out.

This is pretty entertaining.

I hear them scrapping then causing the fall.

I'm having a hard time judging based on the video. I hear the scraping too, but there is a white mark on the road that only appears after he is already going down.

That is what it looked like to me. snatched a bit too much front brake and the wheel turned and he went down.

And since the video was posted 5 days ago, I am sure he is still very much enjoying his wounds.

mr elbowz is a moron. he's more concerned about giving the thumbs up to the cameras than he is about putting his foot back on the peg and driving straight. it was a totally obvious attention move. where is that, mullholland? he needs to do that stupid at an empty parking lot with the rest of the attention stuntas
