Zero Gravity customer service

Well I bought a ZG windscreen from a reputable buyer from ebay. Never ever again will I resort to such ignorance. I recieved the windscreen and during the installation I noticed a crack on one of the tabs. When I tried to remove the screen a section broke off probably about 1" wide & 2" in length. I was like "WTF?" So I called the place where I bought it from and they said well it's still under warranty so call Zero Gravity. I called ZG and I got the run around for almost 2 weeks. I called the place where I originally bought it from and they helped me actually get another. I kept having to leave messages or they would tell me the person I needed to speak with was not in. I sent an ugly email to ZG and I finally got results. I sent the broken wind screen and got a new one 8 days later. By this time I went to a local shop & ordered a Puig windscreen (Sorry Patrick I didn't know about Motorcycles Unlimited at the time). I Know now what it means to support our local shops. I was trying to save money by doing this. Never again and it wasn't worth the measley $10 I saved. The people at ZG are nice. I hate to be such a rude but I was losing my patience. I gave them 8 days of calling and leaving messages but I can only go so far.

On a lighter note I have an extra windscreen for a 2002-2009 VFR if anyone wants to buy it..

That's why I always say the big internet guys don't care if you buy from them or not. Spend the extra $20 and buy from the local guys.

If $20 is going to break you there's a chance you shouldn't be buying it anyways.

I had the same problem with HotBodies....why I still use their I have no idea.

I am always looking to save some moola but not anymore. I will be more than happy to spend the extra money. I don't get off or upset and I don't have to act like a total douche to the customer rep.

That sucks. I bought a Zero Gravity windscreen online a few years ago and have not had any issues to this day.
