Camera Question...

I'm looking into getting a helmet camera and wanted to know if anyone of you guys have one and could give me some advice what to look for, etc..

I want a helmet camera for my helmet since I am going to mount my radar detector to my gas tank. But I have no clue on which camera to get that would have good resolution, be a good brand, have the lease trouble with, etc..

Thanks

I am completely confused by what you just asked.... You want a camera to mount on your helmet or tank?

Actually yes.... uh, I would say just shop for the smallest best quality picture you can afford. Remember you could losse the camera at any moment with a crash or something so keep that in mind when thinking affordable. Then buy some ducktape.

i have a tank mount for my camera and just bungie my radar detector on top of the camera no problems.
If u have a decent digital movie camera then just get a lipstick or bullet camera. u can mount anywhere and put the camera in a bag or backpack
later

thanks, I will look into those cameras. I don't know if I would trust the bungie cords. If I lose my V1 I would be . If I crashed it would be a different story, but It would really suck if they just fell off. Ya know.

seems primitive but works good. I use a small spunge on top of my camera and then my passporte with some small bungies. again no problems
