I dunno, but I did notice it doesnt state they were stealing a body, just removing property that wasn theirs.

I had an applicant once , after he left, i did a public data search on the guy and found charges on him that stated specifically "Theft of a corpse"

Cassville, WI woman dies in motorcycle accident

Grant County, IA - August 27, 2006 at 3:14 a.m.

Thomas C. Sweet, 20 of Lancaster, WI, was traveling southbound on Hwy. 133/East Amelia Street (500 Ft. north of Klauer St.) on his 2001 Honda motorcycle.

Laura Tennessen, 20 of Cassville, WI, was a passenger on the motorcycle. Sweet lost control and both were thrown from the motorcycle.

Both Sweet and Tennessen were transported to Grant Regional Health Center by the Cassville Rescue Squad. Tennessen was pronounced dead by Coroner Ron Sturmer. Sweet was admitted with minor external injuries.

Sweet nor Tennessen were wearing helmets. Alcohol and speed are considered to be factors. Charges are pending.

in the situations ive been in where i HAD to give someone a ride for a serious reason.. i let them use my helmet.. and i took the risk...
