I have dealt with Bike Bandit before. Never had an issue. Now I never had to deal with customer service. Sorry you had a bad experience. I will think twice next time I decide to buy some and it won't be from them.

Interesting thread as it is in line with what I was asking. Had a bad experience with motorcycle superstore so looking at other options if I can not go local.

If it was a credit card that you used, then your explanation doesn't make sense. There are no funds taken from your account. You haven't paid for anything until you get your statement from the CC company at the end of the month and you mail them a check. If the seller hasn't issued a credit and you haven't received your stuff when the bill comes, you simply with hold payment for that amount and notify the CC company why you are not paying for something you didn't receive. They may ask for some documentation , but they will then contact the seller and probably perform a chargeback (to the seller), and credit your account accordingly. Either way you haven't risked or lost a dime of your money.
