New to motohouston and motorcycles!

Hi my name is Albert. I'm 19 and a student at the University of Houston. I got my first bike about a week ago-a 2002 Kawasaki Ninja 250. It had been sitting in a friend's garage for about a year, so it's going to need some work to say the least. But I can't complain, after all I got it for $Free.99

Before the ninja, my toy was a 2007 Mazdaspeed3 (which I still own and drive daily). It has a few bolt ons and looks pretty, but I've sort of gotten bored with it, which brought me to motorcycles.

I've currently got the bike running (sometimes) but it's still a little sketchy and definitely needs more work. Anyway, just thought I would introduce myself and hope to learn a lot from this community!

Welcome!

I also have an 07 Mazda3 (your cousin). Its pretty nice, dont know if ive gotten bored with it, but ever since I got the bike my philosophy for vehicles has been car = comfort/luxury, motorcycle = fun/speed. Good luck with the repairs, theres a lot of info in these forums and people who can help you out!

No I haven't taken the MSF yet. I have just been keeping it in the neighborhood. But I haven't been doing much riding due to the problems on the bike. I'll be taking the MSF course soon whenever I get the bike running properly
