this track has some very seriously skilled riders. i have seen a video of a dude on a vfr(400?) and another on asachs madass ripping it up.

Leaning the bike like that in a parking lot is not as hard as it looks for someone with track experience.

When I did the figure 8 on the bike class for the defensive driving, the instructor dared me to drag peg on the figure 8 and I did. They were cracking up.

As far as doing more than a figure 8 like the video, I think I would get dizzy and fall off the bike.

Notice how they do not move their lower body to adjust their balance? Instead they use upper body and the power/ weight from the bike to throw them from side to side, Its a good skill to have when it comes down to low speed maneuvering like that. its amazing how fast and far you can lean the bike to make a tight turn in such little space
