well the policy now is that there is no policy. that policy got cancelled soon after they put it into effect. also, that only had to do with the HPD, and the officers in this situation were HC Sherriffs...

pays to know if the policy is still a policy, and who is chasing you...

More likely depends on your luck or the police didn't feel like filling out all the paperworks or give chase. I have seen that the rookies are the one most likely to chased than the ones that are there over 10yrs. rookies want some actions.
