it is impossible for a bike to clip a car. since bikes are the recipiant of such actions for so long, it is just impossible.

I'm inclined to believe a witness to someone babbling on a message board who know's there are plenty of riders in houston to zip about with little regard for the traffic around them.

A few years back a ruff rider guy was passing traffic weaving around cars when he clipped a car. He slid head first into a guard rail post at about 90. No a pretty sight. His helmet was on the back of his bike.
