Dude I am sorry but I never changed the oil or did anything to the bike. You can think I did and call me a piece of but I did not do anything to it and that is the truth. You saw and mentioned that the motor had been taken apart. That is why you got the deal and also said you were taking the risk by buying the bike. I did not do the work or know who did only know what the guy I bought it from told me. There is a good chance they missed the gasket or something to cause the prob.

I feel for both parties in this type of situation, the seller seems like a stand-up guy from all the people vouching for him. IMO on this one I feel that the fault lies with the buyer for not getting the bike checked out before purchasing. Used cars/bikes are usually sold as is unless indicated so I feel it's the buyers responsibility to get the thing checked by a mechanic beforehand unless they are content with buying it as is.

Again it's a situation but the buyer should just take it as a lesson for future purchases.
