hey man whats up. I sold the zx6rr last saturday. should have kept it tho, bike was still perfect. i only put like 3k on it since i got it from u...

If you can prove that the seller knew that he sold you a bike with problems that he didn't disclose, you can sue him in small claims court for any financial losses you suffered. You'll need to file suit in the county in which the seller resides
