Alright i took it to PNP yesterday. They picked it up at my house and took it back to their shop. Once there they said it was throwing a code for somehing to do with the kickstand so they rewired it and said that might have been the problem. I had a friend drop me off to get it i rode it back to my work which is less than 10 miles from the PNP shop it rode good back to work but when i got to work i turned it off and when i went to move it again the same thing happened. The bike tried to turn over but no start. I called the guy back at PNP and he came to my work and got it for me and told me he was going to check it out again. Thats where im at right now with all of this. I have had this bike for two and a half days and it has not worked properly for more than thirty minutes. all you guys sticking up for this dude said yourselves "Used vehicle sales are always "as is" unless the seller explicitly offers some type of warranty or hides a known defect from the buyer. If neither condition applies it's "Buyer Beware". and there is no way in that this guy could have had this bike for more than thiry minutes and not know about the isues it has! when i talked to him the first night after all the bullshit i went through to get the bike to my house he said he would "work with me today to make things right". so today i text him to take him up on that he satrted backpeddaling on that. SO I HAVE YET TO MEET THE STAND UP GUY EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT. And for everyone else offering me the advice on things to check it is greatly appreciated...

So being a stand up guy mean when taking a hit on a bike I told you everything about, and gicing you the deal cus you yourself said "I am willing to pay 4500 cus I am taking a risk" means that when your risk isnt paying off cus the bike needs work like you knew it needed something, not knowing what but something, and it still can be a minor prob. I am not a good guy cus I wont give you all your money back for a bike that ran fine when it left my possesion.

And I will tell everyone like the text I just sent you. I paid $4700 for the bike. Rode the bike and didnt like anything about it. The way it rode, how you sat on it, how it moved around when you got on the gas. At the same time part of the prob may have been a bald tire. That is why I made a short little loop on it. Next day put a new set of BT016 tires on the bike for $300+ would have to look back and later that day had to go out of town for 2 weeks. While gone found out I owe the IRS $4553 which is why I was willing to take the hit on the bike and not have to worry about it like some of the bike on here that have been for sale for months.

I said get it checked out and we would talk. So far has been a minor issue adn still may be minor with everything people are suggesting. And more over everyone I have talked to says buying things like this are on a as is basis. I told you everything I knew about the bike. You went over the bike with a flashlight and ride the bike, and turned it on and off 10 times with no problems. Not until you got it home did it start to have problems. My stance is how do I know what you did to the bike in the hour you had it. Plus I told you how short of time I rode the bike and you have honestly rode it more than I did.

If you want more history of the bike the title you have has the previous owners name and address on it bet you could find a way to get hold of him and ask them what he told me and his story about the bike.

And No I did not scam the guy. I sold a bike that ran and started up no prob everytime I tried that I didnt like. Plus I told the guy everything I knew about the bike and he looked it over more than I did when I bought it. How is that a scam?

i havent been able to ride the bike more than 30 minutes at a time if that. so for you to say you didnt know about it is BS. so you posted the original add for the bike on 2-8-2011. so that tells me the bike has been for sale since the first day you got it? i wonder why not cuz it didnt feel right and all other BS ur saying??? but cuz there was something wrong with it...

And on top of that I could have just said Oh Well Sorry about you on the first night. But I didnt I said have it looked at and we would talk. Never said I will give a full refund if a sensor is out. And so far good people on here have helped the guy for free. Im already out money and still willing to talk about helping get it fixed up. Not saying I am or am not but willing to talk about it. I did not knowingly screw this guy but still have been screwed before and know the feeling and dont want to leave it that way. But I dont see why I should give all the money back and take the whole by myself when I was upfront about everything I knew about the bike. there is still the possibility that the bike just has a bad battery or something and this guy got a 06 R1 for $4500!

I had the bike for two weeks when I put it up for sale and never touched it till you called. When you said you were at the store I walked into the garage and the bike started up just fine. And I rode it maybe a few blocks to where I met you. It wasnt till you took it that the problems started. I have never been on another R1 I dont know how they should feel I just know I didnt like that one.

Yet I am still willing to talk when we figure out what is going on with the bike. But saying that I am BS you or lying to you when in fact I am not and trying to work with you is not the best way for me to continue to willingly help you just saying.
