normal operating temperature

Hey guys,
I just installed a Koso RX2 gauge onto my ninja 250r. I need to set a max temp for water and oil to give a warning when the bike gets too hot. What water and oil temp in F should I set it at?

water = 228F?
oil = 200F ??

This is on a 08 ninja 250R. Thanks.

Thanks Patrick. I'll set them at that. I will need to bring the bike to you for suspension adjustment (again). I put Ohlins shock and 30mm fork cartridges in...This is on the 600rr. Will schedule a good time.
