I'm not saying either way as to who's inabilities lead to what.

Obviously the guy isn't a sqaure dude from the get go.

I think you missed the point in what i was asking. You stated that if your inabilities led to someone going down behind you you would pay. I asked what if it was your inabilities and the other riders inabilities that cause him to go down. Would you still feel obligated to pay?

I'll start looking over the next week. BTW, I got and tossed my plastics in the bin that were in bad shape, DO NOT DO THIS. The painter I used could have salvaged it all. I will PM you his info a little later. OEM quality work.

Are you on an R6 forum? I got great response from ZX10R.net for parts.

eBay will be good for the support bracket.

Key is to be patient. You'll get what you need.

Not a problem. I recently helped a friend sell an R6S that had FIAT bodywork that was decent, I like the stock (although non stickered) look. You have any ideas how you want to run it? Stock Raven, or aftermarket plastics? If you go stockish, no need to repaint tank.

Specific to my hypothetical situation;

Absolutely. If I did something, as a more experienced rider, that caused a new, maybe not as comfortable (nothing towards the OP) rider to get into a situation that challenged his abilities on a bike...you bet. As a more experienced rider I should know the rules of group riding like the back of my hand. If I got it in my head to do something I have no business doing or do something with a questionable amount of safety to other riders and my actions cause another rider to go down. Yes, as a decent person, I feel that I am responsible. And I would HOPE that in a reversed situation the other guy would feel the same.

I'll miss match fairings if I can get them for a good price. I'll sand them all down and paint them myself. I was wanting to change the color from black... I guess now is my chance :/
