Also, I did not hear from anyone from the group telling you "Fred dont call the cops"..... Ultimately it was your decision not to call the cops and no one else should have any saying on this because they were not involved in this accident!

what IS relevant is that he is notorious for breaking formation in a pack. i have PERSONALLY seem him charge the person in front of him in staggered formations, squid through to the front of the pack in the middle of the formation as well as drag race people in the same lane to gain spots.

I'm an not the only SMR regular who has seen this rider ride in this manner. today was the first time i ever met Fred, so i have no bias toward him. My bias comes from seeing first hand several occasions where the CBR954 guy rides this way.

Other SMR riders have commented as well about him. and we never really ever wanted him there.
, that sux.

It was safe to assume he didn't have insurance based on the actions he displayed not on his race or ethnicity(or however you spell that word)

It's threads like this that help us see (to quote MykolJ) which members are trying to find diplomatic solutions vs those that just wanna throw in charged race related remarks.

Whether this non-english speaking rider had insurance or not AND his actions after the accident really does add another negative image to what people say about Hispanics. It is relevant to forming your opinion, but racist remarks do NOT belong on this board.

OP has his info that he needs. The rest of this thread should be geared towards helping him get a resolution, not more race related garbage or it'll get locked.

I think this is the best idea, call me idealistic, but to me this is what a motocommunity should be about....as long as it's not abused...

That's not cool...it's not like the cop was going to hassle every body on the ride, or people could have left and maybe just your witness and 2/3 friends coulda just stayed with you.

But shoulda, coulda, woulda...

I just did.

Good thing you are fine and it looks like the bike will be fixed with help from fellow members and that is awesome...

If he washed out in front of you I would think it is a failure to maintain thus making it his fault.

But

If you were both speeding all bets are off.

Call the cops cover your . Only one or two people should have stopped the rest of the group should move on to another location and wait.

"You will obey, you will obey"

Seriously though, how is 6 pages of bickering, name calling, racism and completely unrelated threadjacking supposed to help the OP?

I try to resist, but hypno-schaub is powerful.

Give him something to read until his hero came through with fairings.

Come on, we need some threads like this every so often to keep things interesting. Just as long as is it semi-civil its all good.

O.P. man srry to hear that. if there is anything i can do to help which aint much but i can help u mount all the stuff as u get it.

Renzo u sir please never come around me. not to be racist cause my son is half MEXICAN. but you sir are a piece of . to wish anyone a wreck no matter the cause is just up. I will not wish you ill karma will handle u and make sure the bleach follows.

in my eyes the O.P. was trying to avoid the racist comments by putting a preceding because the rider happened to be of Hispanic or Latino decent. im sorry some people cant wait to throw some race in the equation.. nice native American month we have.. just saying.

Fred like i said man help is but a p.m. or e-mail away
