Talking still more squidly gixxer tales

Now I know what you guys mean!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok this is the honest truth about what the just happened on my ride from FT.HOOD TX to Houston TX to visit my mom....
I was doing about 70 on the freeway, with lite traffic very very lite, when i glance to my right and see this old geezer steady coming on in to my lane , and this is a 2 lane highway, So i honk the little bullshit horn and he looks right into my eyes and shrugs his arthritised shoulders and waves me off while still looking me dead in my eyes but never stopped getting over! so i drop a few gears and blow by him and proceed to unstrap my helmet and toss it at the wind shield of the truck(bad idea because i still had about 175 miles to travel) so as im watching this jack off pull off to the side of the road with my helmet bouncing down I10 it clicked in my head that he almost took me out, he was very close to me when i realized he was there and it just clicked, Im not invincible like i thought and that could have really me up and all this is going through my head and reality sets in, I dont even have a lid because of my temper. so yeah just thought id share that with you guys

P.S. I got to houston at about 5:30 and the traffic was up seriously bad, UGH.......... I miss my helmet!!

With all the violence happening these days , that could be deadly.
I lost a sister-in-law to road rage several years ago.
Someone cut her off , she yelled at them & they drove up along side her & shot her with a shotgun in the head.
She is no longer with us , bad move.
Be safe.

What a dip . You're an idiot if you get all hurt every time some car get in your space. I was pisssed the first 15 times. I'm over that now. Best move is to just be very aware of your surroundings and give it gas when they try to come over. Oh and leave yourself an out at all times.

i understand where the op is coming from. a cager obviously knows you're there and moves over or splits your lane, something needs to happen.
sometimes you gotta do something, even if it's the wrong thing

its more run to coast up to vehicles that cut you off and knock on their window and let them know that they could have easily murdered you..that kind of truth sets in a little harder than helmets or marbles through windshields... Now if they are doing it on purpose, thats a whole different story.

Give the geezer a break. He may have been
1-seeing you riding and started to think about the time when he used to ride and the freedom he enjoyed and how you brought back that happy memory
2-possibly cleaning the crud off his tires but his reflexes were not fast enough to go back and forth quickly enough
3-wanted to see your reaction like this

When they decide to use their vehicle as a plow, thats when change, helmets, removable bike parts go flying in their direction as the tail light disappears into the distance..
