Warning 149ers

Thanks to our friends at TXDot we now have rumble strips the length of 149. I'm guessing it's a further incentive not to run wide in the turns Just wanted to warn anyone else riding tomorrow there is plenty of loose gravel in the turns

No problem...I was kind of tripped out when I saw the machine spitting chunks of gravel allover the road. First thing I thought about was seeing a rider down thread sat afternoon, just thought it might help to be in the know

coming up next, the entire length of 149 will do what that road cutting behind richards has done and the whole thing will be covered in gravel.
and if that doesnt work they will get the american gladiators out there with the giant q-tip things to try and knock us down

I rode the forest last weekend and there was still a fair amount of sand on the roads from them sanding the bridges the week before, it just made it slightly slippery, be carefull out there

Well I'm glad I didn't see anyone go down in the forest today I was riding today on the way back from my Inlaw's on 45 and had two cars come over on me one in front that made me stab my brakes. I look back to make sure I'm not about to get hit and a car jumps in my lane no BS 18" from my back tire. I was sure I was dead...all I could do was stab the throttle, change lanes and clench my cheeks. I thought very seriously thought about how many years I was about to spend in prison after I killed this SOB
