That was in the original NWA lyrics but it didn't sound right so they changed it.

I know that jackass, he usually sits in-between the mediums catching people by school zones, on Westgreen and Highland Knolls. He's by the book, if you are 1 mph over the limit he will pull u over. He's the only cop in Katy on a Harley, You just got caught slippin, just be aware next time.

Revenue generator on the front-end in the form of an inspection, citations on the back-end if you don't get one.

Maybe if the government wouldn't away all the money they get from taxes and siphoning social security, they wouldn't need additional 'Revenue Generating Programs." By the way, remember the red light cams everybody hated so much? Another "revenue generating program." Only the program didn't generate , I DID and then they took it from me.

Know what that sounds like to me? A mafioso walking up in your store and saying you owe him protection money (inspection/registration) or he'll beat your (give you a ticket) then take your money anyway.

Here's my take on stuff like this:
As you stated in your post, he didnt see the stand up wheelie you did the day before, but you did get popped for the inspection on the day in question.
Consider it highway karma man. I know I break laws when I ride, often. Everytime I get away with it I am lucky. So, when I do catch a ticket for my license plate mount (super illegal) or no inspection, I just remind myself of all the Ive gotten away with that would have landed me in jail instead of getting a fix-it ticket thats not even a moving violation.
I wont even go into the times I have been speeding excessively down the highway and made eye contact with a cop going the other direction and they dont pull me over.
You just said almost exactly what I said on another post...

Yea, the last thing we need is for vehicles to pass state inspection If you can't afford it, take the mother bus

Then I'd move to those states if you don't like annual inspections. It's also up to each driver to be insured...we know how well that works

I guess I got off lucky then...

Got stopped for speeding (in car, 10 over) and also received a ticket for expired registration, and expired inspection, which had to be over a year out. $10 and the new sticker was all I needed to make it go away.
