depending on the time i could be in for this. i work 2am - 10 am, so id have to know the day before if it was happening so i could adjust my sleeping accordingly.

but my bike is pretty beat, so id probably look silly riding with the rest of yall.

I guess if our fellow Honda riders chime in, i'd have an idea of what day...it would deff be at 8 to meet up then after eating take a nice.

As far as your bike being beat up, youobviously haven't seen mine

With Honda's ABS, you can grab the brakes with all your strength and all the bikes does is stop, period. There is no pulsation in the lever or pedal like in a car. The only way you know that you have ABS is that you cannot lock up the wheels. It does add 21 lbs to the bike, but most you fatties could stand to lose some weight and call it even.

You can always defeat the ABS by pulling the fuse if you want to be able to lock up the wheels.
This. (thanks Old Man lol)

Also, you stop fast. It startled the out of me the first time I had to stop quickly... so not only was I startled by the event that caused me to brake quickly but I was startled further by how quickly I came to a halt. Had to pull the seat out from between my cheeks on that one.

In any event, I'd be somewhat reluctant to buy a bike again without ABS. It me, it's worth the extra cost.

I think it might be best to host something like this on a weekend. Most of us have banker hour jobs (no disrespect to those who don't), so having a MnG on a weeknight might be a little hard. With that being said, you might make a poll with different dates and times and choose the one that has the most votes.

I work at a bank too

Well, let's hear suggestions.

I guess we can have an early morning ride this Saturday.

We can do RR South and North, then grab some grub.

As long as they keep making it, I'll never buy a bike without it. Works great in sand, gravel, and water.

Beacuse deep down you know that no matter how skill you are and how much protective gear you wear and responsible you are on your bike. It's still a Gixxer and therefor people will assume you're a squid
