GSS vid, Sid @ fastline

Sid on his first real track bike, an 01' 600 F4i, for the first time, and his first time getting to experience slicks. Running in intermediate at fastline, morning session, getting a feel for the bike. Every 14 year old should be given some responsibility and excitement...right? By 4PM he was sliding the back end a little bit and running consistently quick laps following a couple of CBR1000's.

I saw this and asked my girlfriend to gauge her reaction on if she would let her son/daughter ride a motorcycle on a track.

"If they wanted to do that, then I dont see why the not."
(in my mind.... YEESSSSSS)

Why not? Cause it's dangerous riding on a closed course, in perfect conditions, on a repetitive surface and turns, with an ambulance on site, with instructors helping....
