How'd you end up liking yours? I think GSS is a perfect track for tards.

Well, so far I'm still crazy about the street... I will be riding tonight and I'll see how I like it still. I've always liked the street but have tried my best to respect it too.

We still doing Men's club this friday, Grimace?

Yeah, I think there was a guy out there this time on a zx14....

I think you would be fine with what you got.

My first trackday was with buck's crew = FAST! boy was I getting smoked all day...some guys were ever riding wheelies past me just cause they could

the more and more you go to the track, the more comfortable you get and then next thing you know...you're passing in the novice level more than being passed...you go to intermediate...and whoah...you hang with them

it's not about getting the knee down or creating a new track lap record...just as long as you have fun, stay safe, and if you're getting more consistent and then even improving through every trackday outing...then you got it going on...the addiction will strike

Nope, but my whole goal was to NOT wreck, I had a few pucker momments, but I fixed them. They said if you went down, you were done for the day...my last 2/3 session, is when I really pushed it..

Yeah, I was just trying to find my lines and be consistent...I wasn't even gunning it on the straights untill maybe the last 2 sessions..

The thing has nuts power. On Turn 7 (I think...the sweeper before the back straight) I was having trouble keeping good body position as I just wanted to slide off the back of the bike when I started to pour on the power.

In short: I friggin' love it.

Seriously. Those guys never got above 30mph. We're talking single digits in the corners, erratic lines...ugh. Painful. Notice there hasn't been a cruiser day since?

I know everyone wants to experience the track and they have that right to do so...but there should have been a cruiser only session. Mixing them with the SS riders was almost dangerous and REALLY boring.

There was someone not long ago that made a nice little drive from out of town to GSS and didn't bother to bring a riding suit.

I once found someone's shifter linkage on the track, but it was during the last session and they lost it on the first.
