well if your looking for a good paying job that you really don't have to do much then work in the plants. you can be a firewatch for 14 an hour and you sit there and do nothing for 10 hours a day and from 50 to 70 hours a week depending on where you go. companies = performance contractors, ccc group, bay unlimited, cb&i. look them up on the internet. they mainly have offices in deer park so call them and go to work.

i don't know what to say, but there is like 20 construction companies around here and i know we were looking for some helpers and fire watches where i work so keep trying i get calls all the time, but im not really a helper either i guess. but keep trying, performance needs ppl i know... 2 of my brothers work for them.

o yeah and you have to be able to pass a test, so if anyone can't don't waste your time cause they will put on this record deal they have for all the plants.

Yup. Arlington and yes, TMRS. Well, I am IT for the Water Dept. but we're not part of Public Works here. In most muni's, however, Water falls under that PW umbrella.

Well as far as offshore work, I can vouch for that! I work 21 on 21 off and gonna clear 70K this year. My older bro has a degree in ELECTRICAL ENGINNERING and doesn't even make that much! I work for the World's Biggest offshore Dive Company, Cal-Dive International.....woot woot!!!!!!
