Thrust adjuster tool

I need to remove the thrust adjusters on my motor to finish pullin it. Anyone have a tool to get them off that i could borrow. Or does anyone know how to make one.

U can use a punch to knock them loose, or better yet take a chrome socket and a die grinder with a cut off wheel and make a tool by cutting notches in it

I need to make some too. The motor came out, but I will need the tool when it goes back in.

I used a punch on the top one to knock it loose. I used a pair of long needle nose pliers to get in two grooves on the bottom and break it loose. Already got a socket marked though so i can grind it down to make a tool for them to go back.
