And I can't hold the speed like I said I am constantly going a little faster I just bounce to the balance point and then keep accelerating. Anyway that is why I got to 140 instead of doing them at 60 or 90. I start the wheelie around 50mph or so.

The fastest stand up wheelie I have done is probably around 120 maybe a little faster. How to prove it? Hmmm I guess I could have Doug(lives in Corpus too and goes to msr houston with me alot) ride beside at that speed to show you I wasn't bs'ing. But then you would have to take his word.
if u hit balance point u shouldnt be increasin speed

I kind of throttle up to it sporadically which is why I am constantly going faster. I mean I probably could hit it more but I don't like to push it. I am older now and don't heal so as quick as I use to. So I think it is safer even though I am going faster to stay right below the BP on most throttle responses during the wheelie.

Thanks Dr. Gonzo you going to TWS (Texas World Speedway) doug is really trying to talk me into it but I don't like the heat so I stay out of the kitchen.

I won't be able to make it to TWS (Texas World Speedway), maybe next year. I'll see you guys on the 30th at the ranch.

"Save my life"..............I hope that it is all worth it when does hit the fan.
I admired the guts it takes to do wheelies and endo/stoppies, I have tried and can do a bit but not long. There were a few times that almost got me. After awhile, it doesn't impress me anymore if I could do it or not for a long distance. Better to have my life and health then being injured or death. Is this the reward for being such a good stunters? IF you are ever made it alive then it is aways fine and dandy but if it takes you out of riding forever, you will still be nameless in the motorcycle communities. Good luck to all you stunters and be safe.
