I tell you what you can do buy a vette is300 massaratti ferrari or anything high end for that matter none of them come with front plates from the dealer.

Put the plate on your car, take a picture of it. Bring the picture to the courthouse and see if they'll dismiss it. I had the same ticket and took a pic and showed the judge and she dismissed it.
