New Rider

Hey i m from galveston. just got my set of wheels ( two that is). Looking for experienced riders to ride with and show me the ropes. Did something stupid and bought a zx12-r for first bike.(don't chew me out to hard!)

Welcome! Just respect the bike and your skill level! As long as you dont get "comfortable" on the bike and try something outside ur skill level you will be fine. But dont be afraid to learn the bike either! Nike bike though.

Tip:
Don't ride over 70% of your ability. If you think you want to push it then do it in very small increments.

Ohh.. I think I'm gonna cry. I wanted a zx12r too. But I got such an chewing from a friend who was riding- said it was too long in between riding to jump from a ninja 600 to a zx12 because it was like 9 yrs since I rode a bike. I rode his 900 for a while and said yes, Rick, your right. NE ways
