just got off the phone with yamaha.. i asked if they have had a chance to look at my bike..and i quote"nope" i asked when he thinks ill hear from them..and i quote "this week" ........"maybe".....WTF :BangHead:

it's the insurance adjustor that determines if it's totalled or not. Not the shop. Either way, it shouldn't take so long to check it out

you'd be surprised. the insurance adjusters are typically slow.. but webster is packed right now.. i'm sure they will get it checked out asap man.. it's the spur of the moment that slows the process down. i know it sucks not knowing but being the service advisor for their texas city store it's tough keepin everyone happy. but i'm sure he is trying.

well they finally got to it.... lol thanks for the support guys.... total damages is over 7000 dollars.... ill have exact figure once i get the estimate... state farm just takes the bike to the dealer and you call statefarm and tell them what its going to cost... bikes totalled im awaiting statefarms first offer...

Well if state farm is half as good as gieco was you should be just fine! Geico gave us more the ZX7R than we paid for it a year ago! Good Luck!

yeah id be happy with what a grand less than what i paid for the bike.. but im wondering if i can get them to take care of personal stuff like cell, boots, pants, jacket, helmet(tear), and gloves....or at least half what it all cost me to replace ya know

Geico would only cover our helmet, becuae it is the only thing "required" and must be replaced after a crash!

did they cover the entire price of it? cuz i paid 439 plus tax... thats alot of change...
