Thumbs up Hail Simoncelli

Outrageous

the black lines tell you where he's going but look where he's pointing in relation to the apex
that's some control right there
If anybody comes across a larger clearer pic please post

Something doesn't jive in that pic Mike, to me it seems too long of a distance to slide.

I'd hazard a guess that the electronics are all turned off and he's just having fun!
No reason an 800 motogp shouldn't be able to do that,
not as easy as a 990 mind.

I'd like to see a better image of that slide, a little surprised there isn't any smoke off the rear

If the bet remains in place this year, Colin is going to be drinking a LOT of tequila!

Yeah, they showed Anzi what tequila does next day during breakfast

Simoncelli was in the bet too- he was drinking when he finished behind them.

Mike I don't think they can "turn off" their TC... I know it can be adjusted down, but even still it looks like they were just drifting/ sliding/ pushing through that off camber downhill corner. Definitely screen saver worthy

If this is all true, that's pretty cool.

They mention it in just about every interview with the 2 (Spies/ Edwards) and occassionally with Simoncelli too. Should be easy to find on the 'net.
